Roxy15 Posted June 21, 2012 Share Posted June 21, 2012 Bacon Tomato Pasta Salad: 2 Cups Uncooked Elbow Macaroni 5 Green Onions, Finely Chopped 2 Large Tomatoes, Diced 1-1/4 Cups Celery, Diced 1-1/4 Cups Mayonnaise 5 Tsp. White Vinegar 1/4 Tsp. Salt 1/4 Tsp. Pepper 1 lbs. Cooked Bacon, Crumbled Cook macaroni according to package directions. Drain and rinse under cold water in colander. In a large bowl, combine macaroni, green onions, tomatoes and celery. In a small bowl, combine mayonnaise, white vinegar, salt and pepper; pour over macaroni mixture and stir to coat; put in rectangular baking pan. Cover and chill for 2 hours.
