This recipe comes from a great cook:) I have another mac and cheese recipe..but..I can't find it. When I find it..will post it..it is really good too.

***You can add a can of green chiles-(opt.) My friend likes hot and spicy foods.

Creamy Mac & Cheese:

2-(14-1/2-oz.) Cans Chicken Broth

2-1/2 Cups Uncooked Elbow Macaroni

1-(12-oz.) Can Evaporated Milk

4 T. Butter, Melted

1 Heaping T. Flour

1/2 Tsp. Salt

1/2 Tsp. Pepper

1-1/2 Cups Shredded Pepper-Cheddar Cheese

1-1/2 Cups Butterkase Cheese

1/2 Cup Sour Cream

Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

Stir the flour and butter with a fork and stir in the broth, macaroni, evaporated milk, salt & pepper and place in a greased 9x13 -in. casserole dish, cover with foil.

Bake 45 minutes to an hour-(until macaroni is cooked)-stirring every 15 minutes. Remove from oven, stir in cheeses and sour cream, put back into the oven for 5 minutes to heat through.

What temp are we cooking this at?

How do you think cooking this in large smoker at about 225-250 degrees work?
