Roxy15 Posted September 13, 2012 Share Posted September 13, 2012 Bacon & Cheese Stuffed Mushrooms: 8-oz.s-(1/2 lb.)-Bacon, Cooked Until Crispy & Crumbled 16-oz.s White Mushrooms, Cleaned With Stems Removed-(About 35 Caps) 2 Cups Mexican-Blend Shredded Cheese 3 T. Mayonnaise Garlic Salt In a bowl, mix together the cheese, bacon, and mayonnaise. Scoop ingredients into mushroom caps and place cheesy side up in a casserole dish. Sprinkle caps liberally with Garlic Salt and bake at 350 degrees for about twenty minutes, until cheese is bubbly and starting to brown. 2 Quote Link to comment
