Roxy15
Crockpot BBQ Pork-(For Sandwiches) 1 Pork Roast, Cooked & Slivered ***I like to cover the pork roast with Christopher Ranch Garlic Spread In A Jar & I Put Onions, Garlic in the Crockpot with the pork roast while it cooks; sprinkle garlic salt and pepper over roast also. I eyeball the amount of bottled water to put in crockpot; you want some in there while roast cooks. ***Sauce; If It Needs More, I Make Some More..Depends On How Big The Pork Roast Is. Make sure you pour juices that are left in the crockpot from the roast, before you add the sauce and slivered pork roast. Sauce: 1 Cup Ketchup 1/4 Cup Brown Sugar 1/4 Cup Water-(I Use Bottled Water) 2 T. Vinegar 1 White Onion, Chopped 1 T. Mustard 1 T. Worcestershire Sauce Put cooked and slivered roast in the crockpot. Mix sauce ingredients together and pour it over the roast. Cook on low setting all day; stirring occasionally. I serve this on seeded hamburger buns. 2 Quote Link to comment
