Roxy15 Posted December 2, 2012 Share Posted December 2, 2012 Bacon-Crusted Drummies: 10-12 Chicken Drummettes 1 Large Bag Lay’s Potato Chips 1 Strip Bacon For Each Drummette Spice Rub: 1 Cup Brown Sugar 3 T. Chili Powder 1 T. Garlic Powder Take the skin of each drummette-(opt.) In a large bowl, combine all the dry ingredients. Roll each drummette in the spices and then wrap 1 piece of the bacon around it. Roll it in the spices again to coat the bacon. Bake on a baking sheet at 400 degrees, for an hour, or until they are super dark, sticky and the chicken is cooked through. 2 Quote Link to comment
