Recently, Smith told 247 staff writer, Charles Power, that his top group is USC, UCLA, Notre Dame, Ohio State, Michigan, Alabama, Ole Miss, Washington, and Wisconsin. However, Justin Hopkins, 247 WC analyst, mentioned on the BCRS that Coach Fisher has established a good relationship with Smith, and Nebraska may be a dark horse and could be in position to make a play for Smith. This would be a huge get in the secondary. I could see Smith making an immediate impact and battling for starting time next year. Any ideas? Quote Link to comment
