Some friends and I were standing in line and officer checked to see if everyone in our group was 21, and I can't remember if he said we technically weren't supposed to be drinking at all or not. Either way, he wasn't out to bust anyone who was being responsible, so hopefully that somewhat answers your question. Quote Link to comment
