Roxy15 Posted January 18, 2014 Share Posted January 18, 2014 My mom used to make these and I really liked these, I eyeball the ingredients..depends on how much hamburger I am using. Sloppy Joes: 2 lbs. Lean Ground Beef 1/2 Cup Ketchup Chopped Onion, To Taste Brown Sugar, To Taste-(Opt.) She Added Brown Sugar 1/4 Cup Prepared Yellow Mustard 1 Can Pork & Beans Hamburger Buns Cook beef in medium skillet over medium-high heat until no longer pink, stirring to break up meat. Drain fat and transfer hamburger to slow cooker. Add ketchup, onion, brown sugar, mustard and pork and beans; mix well. Cover and cook on low for 4-6 hours. Serve on hamburger buns. ***You Can Also Make This In A Skillet. Quote Link to comment
