Street Novelist
How come when I click on "Quote", it goes to the bottom of the page and does not quote? This just started happening. Are you running a new version of HuskerBoard? I use Firefox; maybe there is something wrong? Quote Link to comment
Landlord
Are you sure you aren't clicking MultiQuote? Quote Link to comment
Street Novelist
No, I am clicking "Quote". Like right now. I clicked "Quote" on your post and it just sent me to the bottom of the page where it says "Reply to this topic". Quote Link to comment
zoogs
It does the same for me, too, but it has the quote inserted into the fast reply area. If I middle click 'quote' to open into a new tab, it inserts the quote into a full reply form. I can't reproduce this issue on Firefox 27.0, and I don't believe we've updated any software recently. Did you maybe turn off fast reply functionality? 1 Quote Link to comment
AR Husker Fan
Same problem exist with IE 11. Has to be some way the function is implemented on the board that conflicts with newer browser versions. For IE, one work-around is to click the "Plain Text" icon in the Reply field. Then, go back to the post and click Quote. That will insert it, and you can change back to WYSIWYG or stay with Plain Text to type the reply. 1 Quote Link to comment
