Bacon-Wrapped Jalapenos/Picture Test

Bacon-Wrapped Jalapenos:

 

4 Jalapenos
6-8 T. Cream Cheese
1 Cup Mexican Cheese Mix
8 Strips Of Bacon

Preheat oven to 375 degrees

 

Cut jalapenos in half lengthwise and remove insides and seeds. Lay them out on a greased baking sheet.

 

Fill each one with cream cheese then sprinkle Mexican Cheese on top.

Wrap 1 strip of bacon around each jalapeno.

 

Secure with a toothpick, if needed.

 

Bake for 20-25 minutes.

 

***If bacon isn't cooked as you'd like it, turn broiler on low and broil until you reach desired crispiness.
