This. It was his first year and he took over for a severely underperforming group the previous season. He got plenty of time to try to fix it and he made improvements. Sometimes I feel like everyone's talks about how Pelini slowly screwed who he program over 7 years. Let's not forget where we were when he took over. It was time for him to go. Because who cares about perception!!! Surely recruits don't!! You must worry a lot about the perception people will have about Nebraska.
