Something that I really hadn't thought about but does seem to be taking place is the transition of war from this finite thing that has an end into something like law enforcement where we expect perpetrators be brought to justice but we really don't expect an end to crime. I think that is the road we find ourselves on in the battle against terrorism and there sure doesn't appear any way out of that situation. 1 Link to comment
