slacker
A police officer shot a woman dead. Someone else was charged with her murder and found guilty. How come? Quote Link to comment
AR Husker Fan
1. Was the other person present at the time of the shooting? 2. If so, was the officer shooting at the other person? 3. Was the other person responsible for the woman being shot? Quote Link to comment
bennychico11
Was the woman involved with the other person in a murder that they both committed? And there was a shoot out involving the policeman and the woman resulting in her death...but the other person was captured and charged as an accomplice with their murder? In other words, the police officer didn't commit a murder, just self defense. The woman and the other person were the real murderers. hopefully that makes sense. Quote Link to comment

slacker
WE HAVE A WINNER! CONGRATULATIONS bennychico11! Okay so maybe this one was a little to easy.. A police officer shot a woman dead. Someone else was charged with her murder and found guilty. How come? In this true case, a robber had taken a woman as a hostage after his robbery. When the police tried to free her there was a shoot-out. The hostage was found to have been shot by a police bullet. The court decided that the robber had been guilty of her murder. bennychico11
sweet...it was only easy once everyone else asked their questions. I thought for sure my original answer was the one. So what's the prize on this one, if anything? Quote Link to comment
