Roxy15
My mom used to make these sandwiches and they are great! I like to cook a pork roast in the crockpot the day before so all I need to do the next day, is make the sauce and pour it over the pork roast and cook it in low all day. The longer it cooks, the better it is! The recipe calls for 1-1/2 Cups pork, but, I just eyeball it to see how saucy it is and double it if I need to. It just depends on how much pork I have. Sorry no pic! Will take a picture when I make these the next time...hopefully for New Years Eve! These are awesome sandwiches and you can get these in the crockpot and be free to watch the games! Sauce: 1-1/2 Cups Cooked & Diced Pork 1 Cup Ketchup 1/4 Cup Brown Sugar 1/4 Cup Water 2 T. Vinegar Chopped Onion, To Taste ***Recipe Didn’t Call For Garlic, But, I Add Chopped Garlic Or Christopher Ranch Garlic 1 T. Mustard 1 T. Worcestershire Sauce Mix all of the ingredients in a bowl. Put diced pork in a crockpot; pour sauce over; stir. Cook on low all day. ***The longer it cooks, the better it is! Serve in hamburger buns. ***Sometimes I put sliced cheese on top.
