“Roasted Onion Soup Tr-Color Potatoes”

 

Ingredients:

 

Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

 

1-1/2 -2-lbs. Tr-Colored Baby Potatoes

1 Packet Lipton’s Onion Soup Mix

1/4 Cup Olive Oil

Salt & Pepper, To Taste

Sour Cream-(Opt.)

 

Directions:

 

Slice the potatoes in half and place in a bowl.

 

Mix the Olive Oil with the onion soup mix.

 

Add the soup mix to the potatoes. 

 

Sprinkle with salt and pepper and mix to combine.

 

Place the potatoes on a tin foil lined rimmed cookie sheet sprayed with cooking spray. Spread out across the pan.

 

Bake in a pre-heated 350 degree oven for approximately 25- 30 minutes. 

 

Serve with sour cream, if desired.
