Roxy15 Posted September 10, 2020 Share Posted September 10, 2020 Beef Teriyaki: Ingredients: 1 lb. boneless beef sirloin steak, sliced-(Note to make easier to slice - put in freezer 1 hour before hand ) 2 tablespoons cornstarch 1-(14-oz.)-can beef broth-(regular or low sodium variety) 2 tablespoon soy sauce-(regular or light variety) 1 tablespoon packed brown sugar 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder 4 cups broccoli flowerets 3-4 cups cooked rice ***Add onions and garlic if you want. Directions: 1. Slice beef steak. 2. In mixing bowl combine the cornstarch,soy sauce, sugar and garlic 3. Fry beef in large skillet/wok and cook over high-medium heat until browned and juices evaporated. 5. Add broccoli and cornstarch mixture to skillet. Cook and stir until mixture boils and thickens. 6.
