Boneless BBQ Chunks:

 

3 Chicken Breasts, Cut Into Pieces
15 T. Flour
5 T. Cornstarch
Salt/Pepper/Adobo/Garlic Powder
***Shake Until It Looks Like Enough
2 Eggs
Your Favorite BBQ Sauce
***Used Sweet Baby Ray’s Honey BBQ Sauce, But Mo’s BBQ Sauce Is Better!

Cooking Oil

 

Put eggs in bowl and whisk.

 

Combine flour, corn starch, and seasonings.

 

Put chicken pieces in egg and then lift over to the flour mixture getting rid of the excess eggs. 

 

Coat chicken with flour mixture.

 

Put chicken back in the eggs and repeat In the flour mixture-(this is double breading.)

 

Heat oil until hot enough to fry.

 

Drop pieces of chicken and fry until brown.

 

Set aside once you cook all the chicken.

 

Put the chicken in a bowl with 1/2 cup of BBQ Sauce-(or to taste)-stir.
