Snowballs.

 

1/2 cup butter
3/4 cup sugar
1/2 cup milk
2 tablespoons cocoa
1 cup coconut-(plus more for rolling)
1 cup rolled oats
1 cup graham wafer crumbs
1 teaspoon vanilla

 

In pot add butter, sugar, milk and cocoa and bring to a boil.


Remove from heat and let cool completely.


Then add in 1 cup coconut, rolled oates, graham wafer crumbs and vanilla.


Mix well to combine.


Scoop out a tablespoon at a time and roll into a ball: then roll in coconut.

 

Put in a covered container; refrigerate.
