Roxy15 Posted September 12, 2020 Share Posted September 12, 2020 No Fail Fudge: 2 cups white sugar 1/2 cup packed brown sugar 1/2 cup milk 4 tablespoons of butter. 1 cup of miniature marshmallows 1 teaspoon vanilla 1 cup of either peanut butter, chocolate chips white chocolate chips or butterscotch chips. Melt sugars, milk and butter. Use a candy thermometer and heat to 234 degrees. Remove from heat add vanilla, marshmallows and either of the 4 other option. Stir until melted and smooth. Refrigerate to set. *** Note: When I use white chocolate chips, I added root beer extract in 2/3 of the mixture for root beer fudge also. Quote Link to comment
