Roxy15 Posted September 13, 2020 Share Posted September 13, 2020 Meatloaf: Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Lean Ground Beef Sausage 3/4 Cup Milk ***(For 1-1/2-lbs. Meat) 2 Eggs-(For 1-1/2-lbs. Meat) Garlic Salt/Pepper, To Taste Onions, Diced-(To Taste) Garlic, To Taste-(Opt.) Finely Crushed Saltine Crackers Or Bread Crumbs ***3/4 Cup To 1-1/2-lbs. Meat 1 Pkg. McCormick Meatloaf Seasoning 1/2 Cup Brown Sugar 1/2 Cup Ketchup 1 Tsp. Dry Mustard Tabasco Sauce-(Opt) In a large mixing bowl, mix ground beef, sausage, eggs, Garlic Salt, Pepper, onions, saltine crackers or bread crumbs and McCormick Meatloaf Seasoning. Spray baking dish with Pam; add mixture. In a bowl, mix 1-1/2 cups ketchup and 1/3 Cup brown sugar, 1 Tsp. dry mustard and some Tabasco Sauce-(Opt.) ****Adjust Amounts If You Need To. You want the top of the meatloaf covered. Pour brown sugar/ketchup mixture on top of meatloaf. Bake in preheated 350 degree oven for an hour or until done. Quote Link to comment
