Tailgait tips for the Returning Fan

Hey guys been a loooong time since I saw a game in Lincoln, but I really like the club this year and I plan on making a trip into town for the Missouri game. I live in Columbia, Mo and really enjoy the tailgating here...but have not been to a game in Lincoln since 84 ....Well I plan on bringing a few of my freinds(tiger fans) to the game and want a good spot to tailgait....hope you can give me some tips...Oh yeah...we will be drinking heavily so that may or may ...well anyway give me a tip or two if you can

welcome back to the good life husker b. sorry to hear about your stint in the hole. how long you been in? man its gonna be tough re-adapting to authentic college football society in lincoln with real fans who "get it" and respect the game and other teams. so with that in mind anwhere in lincoln will work fine for ya. not like in columbia where you need to only go to that one bar or risk being spit and shat on. heres another tip - tell those Mwho fans yur bringin to keep their hedz outta ther asses and thy wont get wrecked. other than that hope you guyz have a great time. peace-

Yes welcome back to the motherland brutha. Of course "O" street has a wide variety of options, and tailgating will be going on everywhere. Make sure you leave enough time to check out the Husker Nation pavillion before the game near the northeast corner of the stadium. Also be sure to walk through the front of the new stadium construction, where all the trophies and pictures are, and you can see the weightroom etc. pretty damn cool.

I've always liked walking around in the parking lots. Try the one behind Sidetracks. People will hand out beers left and right to anyone. Rock the Dock is okay.
