Cody didnt get in trouble for selling tickets and he certainly didnt rape anyone. Trust me, I know. I know Cody personally and I know for a fact neither are true. He was involved in a misunderstanding and violation of team rules and now is dealing with it in a manner in which not to hurt himself more. His name is being ruined by people like the people on this board saying horrible rumors and taking things way out of proportion. Cody is a very decent, God-loving person; and the ignorance of others and Cody himself now have him in a situation which could hurt his future. He's doing all he can to have his name not completely ruined, but he did NOT sell tickets, and he did NOT rape anyone or anything of the matter. I wish and hope that people would chill out and realize that a young man, my bestfriend's, future is at stake here. Stop bashing him, and just live with people make mistakes...ALL people....not just Cody and realize this is a team violation. Not NCAA, and not Law Enforcement worthy. Why do people make excuses against Glenn?? "he knows the offense" "our LB core must not be strong".....what if Cody is just a stud at LB, just never played it before??? Give him some credit, making a risky move and happens to have a little success, that looks to have surprised a lot of people. I'd like to see the people on this board go play D1 running back for 3 years then make a move to D and after 2 weeks, earn a starting spot. (i know thats not "offical" though). i'm a huge Glenn fan, but i've never downed Lucky to make Glenn look better. I've said Lucky is a good athlete...i'd rather him be a inside receiver but its not my team.

Yea lets let Glenn get to 235 and 3% body fat...gee... I thought 225 at 8% body fat was pretty dang good...guess we want him with the body of a God? haha I think he's the best back we have when he is healthy...too bad that hasnt been too often yet.

I'd leave if I were him. There is no telling what can happen next year. Pelini might and most likely will see something Callahan didnt. Pelini doesnt have the same stock invested in Lucky so he wont be his golden boy. I'm not Lucky, but i wish him the best. I'd go now if i were him, try to get some money before injury or a less than avg year as a senior...gotta remember his stock could always drop more!

Anyone that tries to make a point using the 2 player's stats is an idiot. Lucky has WAY more catches and WAY more rushes...he's been more healthy and has been giving more chances. That is going to hurt Glenn. BUT!! The YPC...got to factor in his carries from inside the 5...what could he have got on those. That is why its stupid to point out stats on these two. My opinion, Glenn healthy would get the ball 75% of the time, with stretches to Lucky some. But i'm not a coach, I just watch the game OR Lucky would have been an inside receiver long ago. Glenn is a better back. IMO.

are you on the team? are you at practice everyday and see everything? are you Cody Glenn? if you answer no to each of these, then how the hell do know that he has been done wrong since he has been here? No i'm not on the team, no i'm not at practice everyday, and no i'm not Cody Glenn. But I am Cody Glenn's bestfriend from back home. I do know what is said to him and what is said to the other players. I talk to Cody though out each week and know about how much he is going to play because of what is said to him. Before the Texas game, Callahan came to him and said "you ready? you're going to be getting the rock this game"...HA what a joke. ONE CARRY! The staff has done that to him repeatedly throughout his career. I've also seen late in the games when NU is loosing horribly or winning by a huge margin (Kstate) where they will ask Glenn to come in. Why in God's name would Cody want to go in for the last 2 mintues of the Kstate game and be in there for the 3rd string QB to take a knee? ARE YOU KIDDING ME!! Why not let him get some carries while putting the romp on Kstate. Breakout game against ISU last year, decent game the next and falls of face of the earth until we play A&M and they let him play in front of his home crowd and he balls off again. Yes he got injured but geeze. Then we sit him out again until this year against USC where he has another decent game. He had a slighty PCL injury the last play of the game, but WHY WASTE his whole JUNIOR year for that one game? He's had no piece of the pie besides that. Bottom line is he's been giving less oppurtunities than ANYONE else on the team and he's done more with what he's given. He's been treated like crap and lied to. Jordan doesnt like him, and Cally has his head so far up Lucky's ass he hasnt seen Cody's potential. I DO know what the hell i'm talking about and hope you have a nice day.

And about him getting "nicked". I talked to him a little bit ago, he frogged his knee when he was tackled on his last catch. Nothing to worry about, also the 2 mintue drill team was coming in. He said nothing is wrong and he felt great tonight.

I think Callahan will give Glenn the rock... It will be a close game in which we try to win this year instead of trying not to get killed... I think Glenn will run, and run...and NU will be the talk of the nation for the next few weeks.
