I dont think a mistake was made unless you count waiting until now to use Glenn. It was obvious that the tone of the game changed when he was in, the players were different, the fans were different...I dont know...made me very happy and I dont think there is anyway that the coaches can ignore that... 4 carries, 2 first downs....19.4 yards... He wont be stopped.

Because to me, from what i've seen from the backs who have played...Glenn can do more without the line than any of the other three.

I've heard it a number of times from a reliable source. And I know he is being used as the starter in short yardage in practices.

Coach Callahan makes me sick. Makes Cody Glenn his short yardage back...and DOESNT play him in a NUMBER of short yardage situations. I've never been this mad at a individual before. Throwing the ball inside the 5 yard line, NOT using your biggest back when you have a chance to. I truly feel sorry for Glenn, because I KNOW what he can do, i've seen it. And he isnt given a chance to. I wish they would just make a decision to red-shirt him or let him have the ball. Not waste a year of playing. I know it is early, but why not JUST ONE CARRY, or a few. Whew, i'm sorry to anyone who doesn't like this post, but i'm pissed.

Isn't Glenn #39? At least tht's what I thought. He was...but when recruited he asked if he were able to get 34...which he had in high school...and he got it before season started...went through 2 a days with 39...but now has 34.

And Taylor got killed. I'mma do like DaveH and say Glenn. He is still best in my opinion out of the four...but my opinion means squat.

Why does everyone keep bringing Cody Glenn up, whaT about Brandon Jackson, he's quite the load. People keep bringing him up because they read good things about him during two a days...and were hearing things about this kid that no one knew. I JUST WISH HE WOULD GET his PT... Go Nebraska! And...I dont think Jackson can bring quite the load that Glenn can.

Cody is able to run without a line, he did it all through his highschool career. Thats why it stresses me out not to see him get some PT...I know it is early but I still think he should have gotten at least ONE carry. But...i'm still fired up, and from what I hear he was fired up and really enjoyed walking through the tunnel and on to the field. I hope Coach does give him a chance, then he...and everyone else who doesnt know him WILL know what he is really about. AND why we call him Cody "C-train" Glenn.

I 'm sure th staff wanted to, but couldn't get enough points on the board to empty the bench They shouldnt have to empty the bench but when Ross is sucking it up, Jackson and Lucky are both getting some carries...why not let your biggest and strongest back run the ball.

Cory Ross...not good. Brandon Jackson...okay. Marlon Lucky...pretty good. CODY GLENN! NOT EVEN A CHANCE! Give him the ball... Anyone can get on here and bash me for saying this...I dont care. Yes i'm upset that he wasnt even given a chance...and I was NOT impressed with Ross...Jackson and Lucky did alright. Rough start for Huskers...but still got a win.
