Quessenberry was just invited to the Under-Armor game after his impressive playing at "The Opening." He's gonna start turning a lot more heads. Hopefully none of the bigger west coast schools take notice of him. Good for him though. Would be quite the catch.

Stanton has already pretty much assumed he has no chance his first year, at least. He said, "there's no reason to come in January if Martinez is a senior." I think he respects the program a ton.

Sad, but true... Take into consideration our fans. Die hards. Can you imagine the backlash this kid is going to face if he chooses Bama over Nebraska? Now, obviously this doesn't include all of our fans, but we've all seen HB after losses both in recruiting and on the field. While some fans will be understanding, I don't imagine he'll have a very welcome reception from some others as he goes around day-to-day in Lincoln. I mean, i'm as die hard as it gets, i went to every single game last year. But, i understand it more in his position. The kid is from Tuscaloosa. He moved here. It's not like Banderas where he's lived here all his life and grown up a husker fan. D.J. is a Bama fan through and through. I kinda get it..but, i would do anything to get this kid to be .

Is Sandland a JC player? or What makes you think Stanton would feel Huskerland a good place to spend 2 years? He's saying that the commitment of Stanton, might cause Sandland, who is a JC player more comfortablity. I don't agree though, because sandland only has two years, considering Martinez is the quarterback for Sandland's first year. Considering, Carnes is pretty good, Stanton would have to jump Carnes, which i don't find likely. Sandland can jump right into the line-up next year. It's not likely Sandland and Stanton will play together.

Imagine getting both of them...quite the long shot. But it'd be our best class in awhile.

I'd most definitely prefer Zaire, i feel he's a more natural passer than Stanton. Might be perfect for Tim Beck as well.
