Not sure what you mean by "spell Newby". I'd guess we'll see him in the first quarter against Wyoming and he'll start when AA is gone with Newby and Cross spelling him. Fair enough, either way its gonna be a backfield by committee and Taylor looks like the ace in the hole. I really like the way he runs.

I know he hasn't taken a snap in college however this time last year neither had this guy. Anyone else drawing comparisons between adam taylor and TJ Yeldon at Bama. I watch them both run, they both have the same running style. Punishing but with the flash of speed you don't suspect. Definitely think he could be the future of the back field to spell Newby. Whatever happened to the day when you give a person your word and sticking to it? I just don't get where these kids can give their assurance to a person and then cut and run elsewhere. Great life lesson they must have learned somewhere. It's all shenanigans til NSD but I tell you what, you can't trust a word that comes out of any kids mouth these days. Sad. You wanna blame the staff but that's not fair. They had this kid locked for a YEAR, they invited him to games, and just because a kid is comfortable with ONE coach (who isn't even his position coach) that year long promise just gets thrown away. Best of luck to this kid. Hope he finds whatever he seems to see in Kentucky. I saw a team that beat 1 FBS team last year vs a team that competed for a conference title. How can getting beat on in the $EC be that worth it? I'd understand if Bama or LSU or Georgia offered, but Kentucky? Thought it was interesting listening to the radio that I couldn't agree with more. These kids are under the illusion that playing in the SEC is just gonna be a straight shot the league. While i'll admit, your chances are better but if you are a good player, it shouldnt matter where you went, you're gonna make the league. Well 95 beat 4 highly ranked teams. Spanked a supposed faster Florida team at the time. M 01 Canes had a ton of first round talent but only played a decent Va Tech team which nearly beat them. To me 95 seems more logical but that's why we debate.

All you can say is good luck and bring plenty of band-aids because there's gonna be a ton of blood covering up that blue on his uni. The kid is talented but he's not an entire team like he seems to think he is. P.S. Get a decent couch to watch a Nebraska Bowl game from because UK probably won't see one.

Ahhh to be 18..... What do you mean? This is a big time decision...a decision that will affect the rest of his life. The fact that he lied to Bo does bother me a bit....but I still really want this guy and think he would fit in fine here. It'll be a first won't it? A kid who basically reaffirms his commitment twice than goes some place else? He's right though, he does need make up his own mind. Judging by all the grumbling and tweets I hear or read about, the kid wants a starting job handed to him. If he comes here, it won't happen unless he beats out some damn good competition. If he goes there, they'll probably be rolling out the carpet. I hope he stay N but at this point, I think his head is somewhere else. If he thinks playing at basketball school and that went 1-10 versus D1 competition is more worth it than he needs to be admitted. Relationships, no matter how long and good standing, aren't going make the UK situation any better. Hope he stays N but if he doesn't than it's gonna rough for him. He's is gonna styled on every week.
