    Ok, I understand Marrow is a good recruiter, but can anyone vouch for how well he has COACHED here? He didn't form our TE's we have now. That was Ron Brown. Not as big of a loss as many make it seem if he is gone.

      And it's his job to develop the talent thats what he was hired for. The skill players are why our offense was so good this year.
