When I attended my FIRST Husker game this yr against KSU.... I was shocked that the Nebraska fans DON"T stand the whole game... at least not the ones on the KSU sideline about 4 rows up on the 50 yr line.... In fact we were told SEVERAL times to sit down!!!

From what I heard, It sounds like his dad DID have a major part in his decision to go to KSU, however, according to some article I had read to me from a KSU fan stated that Freeman quoted in the article that it was his MOM that convinced him to take a look at KSU....???

This afternoon, the Athletic Department will announce the process to apply for the 6,500 season tickets located in the North Stadium. As you are well aware, Memorial Stadium has been sold out since 1962, an NCAA-record 275 consecutive sellouts. As such, the North Stadium seating expansion marks the first time in more than 30 years that Memorial Stadium has added this many new seats. Because you have taken the time to sign up on the Husker Football Ticket Wait List, we wanted to give you advance notice of how to obtain these season tickets. In fact, we have decided to hold out an allotment of tickets, specifically for those who have been waiting for this moment. You have already played a significant role in the success of the Husker Football Program. We want to thank you for your support. Many of you have taken advantage of the more than 20,000 single-game tickets that we have made available over the past three years to the Wait List group. The wait is over. Now is your chance to apply for season tickets. Please go to Huskers.com to apply for new season tickets now. Click on the ticket banner. After checking how many tickets you would like to order and whether or not you would also like to become a donor, you will be asked for your account number (62013) and password. If you do not remember your password, you can click on the "forgot password prompt" and we will resend that to you via e-mail. Once you have accessed your account, you will be able to pay with a Visa or MasterCard. It's that easy. Simply follow the on-line instructions.
