  1. Well add DT to a need. Supposedly he didn't tell Nebraskas coaches about decommiting but broke it to them on twitter. This hurts
  2. Tweeted that he will not be taking his visit to Oregon and will be committing Saturday. We all already assumed it but I would be highly surprised if he didn't go ASU.
  3. Jeez this kid played everywhere but kicker in high school .
  4. I cannot wait to see a DL of Gregory, Valentine, Clinkscales, and Moss McMullen Don't forget about Keels and Natter! Either of them could end up opposite RG44. Coaches were high on Natter. McMullen is probably the favorite though like you said.
  5. I could be seeing things through my Husker goggles, but I think Walton is pretty underrated. He is big, fast, and hits like a hammer. He also seems to diagnose well in coverage. Happy he is a future blackshirt.
  6. So will we know if he will be attending Nebraska on NSD? Or can he sign and then get drafted and not enroll?
  7. Hopefully fun and not heartbreaking!
  8. An article I read on Bleacher Report (that I for some reason can't find again) said that he loved big physical corners... So you are in luck!
  9. Bo will be visiting Monday after he returns from ASU. Apparently I'm going to miss my previous prediction as he is expected to decide after Bo visits. Warren is going on the visit with Bo. at first i was like WTF with Warren... but it sounds like he has a real passion.. relatively young.... disciplined, a people person.. i think he has a great characteristics... a lot of people are looking at him to be a good recruiter and i say thats great but i think he will also be a pretty good coach too He coaches ball hawking corners. All about the turnovers and I love that.
  10. Very possible. If this is the case that would mean the coaches were probably pretty comfortable with there chances with a couple of other DEs.
  11. He has been offered per Bryan Munson with Scout.
  12. We need 2 more DEs now. Let's see if the staff can get it done.
  13. We are in the picture with Kevin Bronson, Lloyd Tubman, and Spencer Williams. Likely we will see some other names pop up soon at DE. Thanks. I think we need to take at least two high school DE prospects. If Moss leaves, Natter and McMullen are our only underclassmen DEs. Yeah It will be pretty interesting to see what other names come up at DE because I agree they will take at least 2 more.
  14. Could be dreaming at this point, but Torey Hendrick would be pretty awesome. But I think the JUCO ship has likely sailed.
  15. Thanks man! Love this guys speed and length. Built like RG44 only faster.

  17. I know he isn't showing as having an offer yet, but I actually have a good feeling about Tubman. Penn State is hurting now that O'brien took off and we now have some openings at DE (with Moss leaving and Slade looking elsewhere). I expect him to get an offer any day now and hope he choose us on NSD!
  18. No clue what you're talking about. At all. So I'll do you a favor and tell you to shut up before you embarrass yourself. You think this a strong class? We've got some decent players but it's a long way from being a big time class. Barely ranks in the top 40. Slade was one of the best commits we had. Nebraska should be doing much better. You factor in that Harrison (MLB), Clinkscales (grades), and Darlington (brain injury) are all iffy and it looks weak. Wow. Defensive End was the place that we could afford to lose a recruit since we are still on the lists of other solid DEs. Clink has scoffed at the rumors about him not getting to campus because of academics and if Darlington was in trouble of not playing again we would have another QB in this class. I am excited about this class and I am excited to see how it fills out. What is with all of the downer Huskers fans these days. Not saying Slade wasn't an exciting recruit, because he is, but I would have ranked him 4th out of our D-line commits (most scouting sites would agree). Slade had the most upside in this class. A lot of experts said he had Gregory like talent. This is a huge loss and saying he was our 4th best D-line commit is absurd IMO. Hope we can close strong because we need it!! I can consider 3rd best with clink, keels, slade, then newell only because we have not really been able to see Newell on the line (I just love his build). I do not think you can call it absurd since the scouting sites even have him ranked 4th in comparison to our line. I guess we will just have to agree to disagree. On Slade not on hoping we close the class strong!

Clink definitely has a chance but he's still iffy. Sounds like the folks at Dodge are working with him which is fortunate for us. I've heard many Jucos say everything is OK academically only for them to not show up when camp starts. Darlington suffered 3 concussions in the 3 month span. One gave him a stutter and another required him to be airlifted from the field. That's serious stuff and nobody is quite sure how he'll react to the next hit. Nebraska tried to get Gerhart as that 2nd QB fwiw. Regardless of if they were/are trying to get Gerhart, if there was the possibility that Darlington could not play again I absolutely GUARENTEE we would see a lot more offers going out to QBs right now as we only have two scholarship QBs. I am aware of the seriousness of Darlington's head trauma but the fact that Bo and company aren't going all out for another QB makes me more than comfortable that they expect Darlington to be capable of play after he redshirts next year.

  21. Move to OSU makes sense and I respect the guys decision. That being said I can't stand OSU.
  22. That's something to get excited about. Bronson could be a serious pass rusher. Lloyd Tubman was supposed to get an offer durring his in home from Bo today and is visiting the 31st. Tubman runs a 4.5 as a DE. That is serious speed. Are you sure about this? The dead period ends today. Tomorrow is the first day they can see and talk to recruits. Not positive at all. On the "Lloyd Tubman" page under recruiting someone posted that he was going to receive a scholarship offer today.
