  1. hello, I have heard that marcus felker from thornton, co, has really impressed the coaches during this yrs football camp at dt - but he lacks some height (it may be a wait & see - before he is given an offer): http://footballrecruiting.rivals.com/viewp...sp?pr_key=52406
  2. hello, commit #6 - way to go, phil - here is a small article on tx football from rivals, which gives mention of ian's climb from no offers to much recognition: http://nebraska.rivals.com/content.asp?CID=548640 p.s. eric are you going to rate his probability of becoming a husker - 99.9%?
  3. '08 dl baker steinkuhler is tearing it up at NU's camp this yr, & will have a sept offer waiting for him, when NU can offer (great read from the linc journ star on him): http://www.journalstar.com/articles/2006/0...04745755283.txt
  4. hello, I just read a nice article, from the linc journ star, that focused on NU reloading for another run next yr - which, is do-able especially w/ bohanon & gerch at full force, & watson & dorn on the hill: http://www.journalstar.com/articles/2006/0...b1705214914.txt
  5. hello, you will have to add alex russian to your te list, 6'4", 220, 4.7, because he will be visiting NU on 10/20 (which will be his 1st official recruiting visit), & according to scout he has NU high along w/ ok st: http://scout.scout.com/a.z?s=204&p=8&c=1&nid=2557058
  6. hello, according to scout's midwest regional hot 100 - harland gunn is their 12th best prospect in the region, followed by niles paul at 29th, jared crick at 89th, & phillip bates at 92nd - well, 2 out of 4 are committed to NU...not too bad, right? http://recruiting.scout.com/3/2007_fb_midwest_100.html
  7. hello, looks as though abner is getting some special attention at NU's camp w/ a personal workout for the coaches: http://www.omaha.com/index.php?u_pg=38&u_sid=2187330
  8. as of today, the b12 conference has been eliminated, w/ ou losing to rice in the super regionals, so there will not be any area/regional/conference schools to cheer for in omaha. oh well, there is always next yr - go NU!
  9. hello, I was just thinking of the last 3 x's that or st & NU were recruiting the same kids - clinton polk, mau nomani, & gerard lee - they all committed to or st p.s. please, do not let it be the last 4 - w/ moevao
  10. hello, he is from florissant, mo, where keith williams is from, also (which cannot hurt NU's chances any)...he throw for 1239 ypg through 7 games (177 passing ypg)(scout)...he has quite a bit of schollies for a kid, who was 2nd string through his 1st six games of his jr yr (schollies from NU, ia, wi, & mn - are nothing to frown over) http://scout.scout.com/a.z?s=204&p=8&c=1&nid=2486999 p.s. according to scout, he may also be a d1 talent on the hardwood, so the kid has a good bit of talent
  11. hello, according to the owh - he will not turn 17 until the start of his senior yr (therefore this kid is 6'5" & 245, & 16, & committed to NU, wow!) p.s. sorry that just blow my mind
  12. christian ballard, one of the nation's top te, lawrence, ks, verballed to ks, & #96 on rivals top 100 prospects - may now be looking at NU (fingers crossed that he visits): http://story.scout.com/a.z?s=204&p=2&c=537...2%2f537666.html
  13. hello, scout has paul as their 20th top wr, yet I think it maybe do to the fact that he committed so early, & that was his lone schollie offer before he verballed p.s. scout has sandeson from bettendorf, ia at 18th - he had 3 offers (ks, ia st, & ia) before he committed to ia, but lacks paul in size, speed, & yrds per catch by 17.3 to 19.5
  14. hello, rivals has paul at #41 in their top 100 fb prospects, & as their 8th top wr (this is the 1st time that I can recall NU having a verbal from a top 10 hs wr) p.s. has NU ever had a verbal/signature from a top 10 hs wr?
  15. hello, rivals has released their top 100 for '07, & they have devine at #16 p.s. PAUL at #41, & bernstine at #60
  16. blake is recruiting him, & blake & d sanders have had a good relationship w/ each other going back to their d cowboy days - that relationship is one reason that n devine may be considering leaving fl p.s. the film on him is awesome (restore the order)
  17. that 2nd angle shows it all - his hands are just barely under the ball (bea - u - ti - ful)
  18. Player: Woodny Turenne Hometown: Position: CB Height: Weight: 40 time: Visit Date: Scholarships offered: Favorites: Rankings/Stars: Rivals: Bid Red Report:NR/ Assessing the talent: Odds of becoming a Cornhusker: hello, NU maybe in the running for the top juco db, again, this time it is woodny turenne, 6'2", 190, 4.28, coll of sequoias, visalia, ca: http://story.scout.com/a.z?s=204&p=2&a...2%2f537052.html p.s. fl st, fl, usc, ucla, mia, & many others are definately in the mix, as well
  19. hello, this is from scout on eloi: http://story.scout.com/a.z?s=204&p=2&c=536...2%2f536978.html
  20. hello, miami made little work out of sf & man, in their 3 games here in linc - in fact, none of the games involving mia (& the 2 latter teams they disposed of) were even that close, so therefore mia is off to the super regional (w/o even having to play against their regional host - talk about having it handed to you) p.s. better luck to NU baseball, next yr
  21. hello, here is a rivals article on the this yrs top uncommitted qb's: http://footballrecruiting.rivals.com/conte....asp?CID=539730 p.s. not on the list, yet I wish NU would offer is kodi burns out of ar (but, I think aub has him in their clutches, though - so, my new fun wish at qb is matt simms)
  22. hello, not to throw more wood onto the fire, but NU also missed out on l.d. crow of clearwater, fl - who committed to stan
  23. hello, tx beat bay 16 to 8, so NU will face tx on NU - go NU & dorn - shut'em down!
