Thanks, just assumed a talent like his would only leave if he had 1 year left and could play right away. Texas tech offense isn't going to miss a beat with Nik Shimonek as the QB. Wonder why he wanted out. Good to see he has a chance to come here

Jonathan Giles has announced he's transferring from Texas tech, Dude is a stud over 1100 receiving yards and 13TDs last year. Be worth a shot at him. Help the depth of the WR core. I'm assuming he's eligible right away. Couldn't find much on list of schools or anything. Anybody know anything else?

I didn't think Banker was terrible this year. Against Iowa, he put 8 in the box to stop the run and the players couldn't do it. That's on them, not Banker. I'm curious what the story is here. Did Riley tell Banker he was done or did Banker tell Riley he didn't want to coach anymore? The pressue at UNL is different than at OSU. Gee, I guess nebraska should hire me as the defensive coordinator if that's the case. Can you produce a Top 20 defense? Can you start right away? We had a top 20 defense this year... better question is can you recruit!?

He got canned mid season by ND this year. Their D was brutal I know it was, so we are looking for a guy who has never had a bad defense? Not going to happen.. we arnt getting clemsons D coordinator or Aranda..

He was scout team MVP and they constintly praised .. but to my understanding POB didn't really play scout team. He took 3rd string QB reps.. so kinda misleading.. My vote is Tristan Gebbia starts day 1.. I might be the only one too. But I think mentally he just has it. Riley has started a true freshman before (turned out to be a decent QB..) his film is very good. Just needs to gain 15/20 pounds

Kinda odd kade warner doesn't have any legit offers yet? (From what I can see) he has broke a couple Arizona records for receptions too.. 6-2 205 is decent size too... maybe we get him to walk on here! Seems like he's looking for a home! Film actually wasn't bad.
