For 4 million dollars I don't care where my husband gets a job. Obviously if you have multiple offers that is a different story, but only if the offers equal the same amount of compensation. I hate Bielema but he would be an infintiely better hire than Mullen. Yeah, we all know the B1G west is an easier path to the championship but he certainly doesn't seem to be much of a big game coach. He doesn't have many players on the roster from outside the MS, LA, AL area-classes have been good but can he replicate that here? Plus he just pulled shade on a kid. Kid was set to graduate early and enroll at Miss St after Christmas. 16 days before graduation he pulled his scholarship offer. Asked him to grayshirt which apparently would have him not enrolling until the next Spring semester. The kid had offers from Auburn, ASU and Clemson before he committed to Miss St. I don't' think it's cool to mess with high school kids.

Bielema seems like he has a huge ego. I do not question his coaching ability at all. Imagine how much his ego would be stroked if he brings Arkansas into relevancy in the SEC. Even better if he makes a championship trip in the next couple of years. Make an appearance in the SEC championship in the next couple of years and he will be called the second coming of Saban. Been lurking since I saw the sock puppet thread mentioned on another site. I couldn't fight the urge to post any longer. I am curious to whether people have followed Vegas for other coaching hires elsewhere? I'm just curious as to how often they get it right. Tunnel Walk of Shame tweeted a theory on Sunday. Feels like many that Eichorst is waiting for the Wisconsin job. Wants to make the popular hire at Nebraska which many would think to be Frost, since Husker fans know who he is. If he is a success he is a genius, if he turns out not to be the next big thing the ginger assassin is on his way before hope has been lost. Not the slam dunk I am hoping for, but he will look pretty on the sidelines.

Interesting. I don't know how vegas/betting sites work, but can I assume that 5/4 means Vegas is very confident that Frost is our guy? As for Shaw, I think this is a great hire if it happens. I assume that its easier to recruit to Nebraska vs Stanford, so that would be in his favor here. I'm aware he's a Stanford alum, but I feel like I can see him wanting to go somewhere with an easier route into the playoff and slightly easier recruiting? Just my thoughts. I'm not sure how it would be easier to recruit NE over Stanford, unless they have higher admission standards.
