I'm betting he doesn't wear a Husker uniform.
You have the right to that opinion, but I think he will work his tail off to make it here, and be able to play in a couple years.

Then you aren't being rational by calling me out about me saying the staff is desperate and asking if I know what they are thinking.
Unless you are trolling me into a fight. Which would be unseemly as a moderator
It looks to me like you are the one trolling.

Because I'm not the thought police. People can have their own opinions and I don't feel the need to always shoot them down even if I disagree with them.
Amen. All the arguing and debating gets old after a while. There is no need to question every post.

Eh, the Nuggets should have made the playoffs this year and they didn't. So it doesn't make sense to reward a borderline playoff team. Taking is just part of the game now, the NBA can't do anything about it. They can, however, find a way to balance teams more before it ends up becoming the Western all-stars against the eastern all-stars. Small market teams are going to have no chance if it continues to be superstar team v superstar team. Credit the Warriors for drafting well but no way in heck should Durant have been able to go there and make the Western All-Stars.
Cavs won't get the first pick but if they do it would be used as a trading piece most likely. Or they will take whoever Lebron wants them to so he stays.
What they should do is make the odds of winning the #1 pick equal for all the teams who miss the playoffs. This would reduce tanking

Also a five-star power forward prospect.
Well Arizona does make sense then.

Conspiracy Theory: Cavs get #1 pick to help keep LeBron in Cleveland.
If they really want to stop tanking, they should let the Nuggets win the lottery this year.

The closer to football season the better, I think. That way you can avoid drafting the injured players as long as possible.
So, the last week of August. That sounds good to me. Now we just need to get some other people on board.

(Snake draft for me).
I just added a poll. Is there a specific month or time you would like to have the draft?
-
I know it is early, but it gives us plenty of time to hash out the details as to when we should have the draft, and what type of draft to have. I believe we all are fine with the ESPN fantasy league. So, let's debate whether to do a snake draft or an auction. I would like to try the auction because I haven't done one before, but if you want to do the standard draft I am fine with that. We could have @Mavric decide when is the right time frame to have the draft and figure it out from there. Let me know what you guys think. This should be fun.
