Disappointing day. Two guys we got early that we were expected to get. We lost Calvin. And got Blades. So all and all, we lost someone we thought we had and only got one guy out of the possible 8 or so. Disappointing day for sure. I have confidence this staff can bring the best out of these guys and am excited we were in the discussion of some of these top prospects. Hopefully we keep building each year to where we can start landing some of these top guys. In the meantime..... there is work to do.

He looks just as good on film as shelvin imo. I'll admit he doesn't look quite as fast on his feet, but it seems Daniels has better instincts and finds the ball faster. This would be a huge grab for the N!

What does this do for our class ranking ?

I took his comment as a "you think you know me?" type message.

He said , " lol cuz I want to stay home ??" That doesn't mean he is saying he wants to stay home . The question marks on the end of the sentence make it appear as though he is stating just the opposite. Could be in a sarcastic manner , "cause I want to stay home??" Kinda mocking that person and telling them they are wrong. That is how I took it.... so don't think him saying that means he is USC, he wouldn't say something "I want to stay home " and be serious like that so soon before the announcement date if he truly was committing to USC...

If Lee starts this year and POB doesn't get a considerable amount of playing time then he will jump ship at the end of next year. He isn't going to stick around to competing against Gebbia for second string. Just isn't going to happen. I Had some buddies who have mutual friends with POB and those friends told my buddies that POB was not happy at all when Lee came in as that was working against promises that were made to him by coaches. Coaches will need to decide this spring if The difference in talent between Lee and POB is so great with Lee that it is worth risking four potential years of POB possibly running the show. If they are almost even they should play POB and give him experience and a possible four years. POB is a long term investment. Lee is not.

That article is pathetic. The fact that coaches are working their kids that hard to where it is puttinf there overall health and safety in jeopardy is a damn shame. Can't wait for the lawsuits to pile up. If I were a recruit I would kiss their program goodbye. I want a coach that is going to consider my health over a power trip. Smh...

He would be a huge get. Video is quite impressive. Very athletic for his size. Doesn't give up on a play and made some tackles chasing down the ball carrier twenty to thirty yards from his starting point. You can't teach that mentality and effort. Fingers crossed!

This kid's highlight tape is impressive. Breaking tackles, walking the tight rope (sideline), does whatever he can to keep his knees of the ground after being tackled to continue the play and get extra yards. Definitely a fun video to watch and I hope we land this kid. I think he is underrated. Hopefully his visit reals him in.

Good thing he would be hired as a "Defensive Coordinator" and not a head coach. We wouldn't be paying him to score touchdowns.
