  1. They beat Mississippi Valley State 106-37 11/6/18. The most they scored last year was 93 when they beat Southern in OT.
  2. That makes him eligible to come back for the game at Iowa. Of course that's assuming none of the games get cancelled & the NCAA doesn't apply a little logic.
  3. OWH has their NU/B1G preview out. Multiple articles & none appear to be behind the pay wall. https://omaha.com/sports/huskers/mens-basketball/big-ten-mens-basketball-outlook-players-to-watch-for-2020-21-season/article_fda9e7ce-bab2-5616-9e09-1ca17e408fcb.html https://omaha.com/sports/huskers/mens-basketball/hoiberg-2-0-length-athleticism-and-chemistry-have-husker-hoops-excited-for-year-two/article_14a6288a-eb16-5414-9df2-02746948e278.html
  4. McNeese State is available. They only have 24 games scheduled and don't play again until 11/30 against NAIA school Bacone College. Maybe they'd like to get a couple extra games in. They will already be in Lincoln so why not stick around and play a game or two.
  5. SIUE will play something called "University of Health Sciences and Pharmacy in St. Louis" so they get a third game. SLU & LSU only playing 2X. https://slubillikens.com/news/2020/11/20/mens-basketball-to-host-billiken-classic-next-week.aspx
  6. Probably play WKU now since they were supposed to play LSU on the same day.
  7. ESPN has NU's class at 19th (4th in the B1G) https://www.espn.com/mens-college-basketball/insider/story/_/id/30297137/2021-men-college-basketball-recruiting-class-rankings-michigan-stays-1-auburn-unlv-rise
  8. I didn't say they aren't good, I just don't see them as the 27th best team. I think they are pretty much the antithesis of Iowa - all world on defense but not much offense. They are going to have to shoot the ball better than last year to change my mind. I think they are an NCAA tournament team, but probably more of an 9-10 seed not a 6-7 seed that being the 27th best team would imply. Obviously we will know more as the season plays out.
  9. I don't think Purdue will be as good as expected (25th at KenPom) & I'm still not sold on Rutgers (27th). I'd add Minnesota to the teams struggling. I don't think the kid from UNI will help as much as some people think. Iowa will only be really good if they play a little defense. They will be able to score, but if they don't stop anyone...
  10. That's the problem with tweets. Clarity is sacrificed for brevity.
  11. Sam need to work on his math skills. It is 152.29. I've got it at 118 for all 27 games...
  12. Me too. Probably won't be allowed in PBA, so it's a good chance to see them play. Having been a season ticket holder with my dad for 40ish years it will be hard not going to games. No TV announced for the Creighton game, but since it's in Omaha I'm guessing FS1. Looks like the only game not on TV is San Francisco.
  13. Full Schedule is out. https://huskers.com/sports/mens-basketball/schedule
  14. Both games at 1:00 according to Huskers.com.
  15. At the very least we will play Georgia Tech on 12/9.
  16. Apparently the B1G doesn't care if the kids get to go home for the holidays this year. We haven't seen the NC schedule yet, but there are no week long breaks in the Husker's schedule until the end of January.
  17. Marshall officially out at Wichita State. Wish someone would pay me 7+ million to go away. https://www.espn.com/mens-college-basketball/story/_/id/30335808/wichita-state-men-basketball-coach-gregg-marshall-resigns-investigation
  18. ESPN's take on the B1G. https://www.espn.com/mens-college-basketball/insider/story/_/id/30330508/big-ten-2020-21-predictions-b1g-stacked-there-national-title-contender
  19. Would anyone be surprised if the B1G decided on a 24 game conference schedule and the only NC game allowed was the ACC/B1G challenge game?
  20. NCAA Tournament all in Indy... https://www.cbssports.com/college-basketball/news/ncaa-plans-to-move-entire-68-team-basketball-tournament-to-one-city-in-2021-discussing-with-indianapolis/
  21. True, but do you really expect anyone to try to use all five years of eligibility?
  22. I'd say they've run out of time this week. Like I said, they'll wait until Thanksgiving week. Because, why do anything in a timely/logical way.
  23. I'll be shocked if Sallis ends up somewhere other than UNC, Kansas or Kentucky. Maybe Michigan with the way they have been recruiting the last couple of years.
