  2. Good question, but Purdue losing players is OK with me.
  3. https://www.espn.com/mens-college-basketball/story/_/id/29166384/maryland-adds-forward-galin-smith-transfer-alabama Addition for Maryland.
  4. https://www.espn.com/mens-college-basketball/story/_/id/29166216/iowa-jordan-bohannon-jack-nunge-granted-extra-year-eligibility Not that either was a surprise...
  5. https://www.cbssports.com/college-basketball/news/will-coronavirus-threat-sideline-older-coaches-like-mike-krzyzewski-roy-williams-jim-boeheim/ Interesting take on the pandemic. It only discusses "older" coaches, but I'm pretty sure it would apply to Hoiberg with his heart issues.
  6. Here's his 247 profile. https://247sports.com/Player/Eduardo-Andre-46085231/
  7. I find it interesting that Iowa has a five man class and is only 11th.
  8. I was working on my response when you posted.
  9. It also depends who you are playing. For example, Michigan State rarely gives up offensive rebounds and will run when they get the board you probably send everyone/almost everyone back. If you are playing Wisconsin who rarely runs, you can probably crash the offensive boards and only send one or two back. This year they didn't crash the boards much because they didn't have guys who were good offensive rebounders and it made more sense to prevent the break than to hope that 3% chance of getting the offensive board worked.
  10. Catching up with Isaiah Roby after first pro season. https://huskers.com/news/2020/4/29/mens-basketball-roby-eager-for-nba-return-after-rookie-grind.aspx
  11. No pro league will. If he doesn't fix his attitude, both on and off the court, he won't stick anywhere very long.
  12. It will technically be his fifth school. Went to Stephen F Austin out of HS, transferred to a juco in Kansas (I forget which one) for about a minute, went to Salt Lake CC and then Nebraska.
  13. Going to BYU https://www.espn.com/mens-college-basketball/story/_/id/29087782/nation-top-available-transfer-matt-haarms-commits-byu
  14. But not too close to home. Fifty miles away is perfect.
  15. Assuming all of these "announcements" are accurate, that leaves only one NC game left to schedule (two if we don't play in the Gavitt Games).
  16. Just read the Suggs' father said they'd listen if the G League approached them. https://www.espn.com/mens-college-basketball/story/_/id/29043149/answering-big-college-basketball-questions-jalen-green-decision
  17. In other words Coach Wade is being watched and can't pay to get players any more.
  18. I see Cross being a point forward. If not next year, certainly by his junior year. He already showed some of that this year. He needs to work on decision making and shot consistency. Both are things he can work on this summer if social distancing restrictions are loosened.
  19. More on Garza https://www.cbssports.com/college-basketball/news/2020-nba-draft-iowas-luka-garza-to-test-waters-but-leaves-option-open-to-returning-for-senior-season/ Kofi Cockburn from Illinois also declared. https://www.chicagotribune.com/sports/college/ct-illinois-basketball-kofi-cockburn-nba-draft-20200407-gk7fsqoxd5astjnh7qug5kwaey-story.html
  20. Maryland's Jalen Smith is entering the NBA draft - no surprise there. https://www.espn.com/nba/story/_/id/29007497/maryland-star-jalen-smith-leave-school-nba-draft
  21. I'm guessing what he should have said was starting lineup not rotation.
  22. Abdelmassih is a big time recruiter and has had success at The Patrick School before so there is hope.
