Watching Riley speak is painful for me. I have no doubt he cares a lot, but no fire. He has to know his days are likely numbered though, so I can't blame him.

I know nothing about him. Would like to hear some thoughts from people that do. At face value from someone who knows absolutely nothing about him, I don't like it.

Always room for improvement, but you are exactly right. Getting a full ride at North Dakota St, is much more appealing for most, than a walk-on position at Nebraska. Money talks. I'm sure there are other things we could do to help lure better walk-ons to our program, but I'm just a simple fan and I'm not sure what those would be.

If he never even considered changing the the qb that scares me. While Riley is our head coach and Lee is our QB I will support them, but that doesn't mean I have to agree with decisions. If anyone else was at the game, when we boo'd Lee I thought that was absolutely terrible and un-classy. I've been a lurker for a long time, but I created an account just so I could put in my 2 cents in on this. Edit: Thinking more on this after reading some comments, there could be a million reasons why Riley said that and did what he did. Guess that is why he makes the money that he does.
