Here in Colorado they show this drivel about the Buffs a couple times a week on Fox Sports. They show their practices and such. Dan Hawkins seems to be coaching a pee-wee league team rather than a D1-A team. It didnt seem like the players or the staff takes practice very seriously. Another thing I noticed was how much smaller CU players are compared to our players. We should be able to soundly wipe the floor with these guys.

Has Tommy Frazier, Scott Frost or Eric Crouch ever done a Runza or Valentinos commercial?

I imagine it will be quite loud. National TV , last game for the seniors at memorial stadium , and against the team that most of us hate the most. Wish I could be there!

That is the dumbest thing I have read about this game so far. I'm sure all the seniors heads are already in KC. Where do they find these morons? It's in Lincoln and it's Zac and the rest of the seniors last game there. I bet all the seniors go out to a strip club thursday night and get hammered and try to nap and throw up on the sidelines Friday.

I'm not sure how you answer what you sent me , but I was actually born in 72 and lived in Waverly until like 76. You may know the Bickford family. They were my neighbors. My cousins were the Hassingers. The kids were much younger than you as well , but I believe the Bickfords had some high school aged kids in the early to mid 70s. My memories consist mostly of the community pool in the summers. Nice to meet ya.

Why dont you take a year off and move out her to the beautiful rocky mountains of Colorado where I live and move in with me and ski and party all winter and then kayak , go to concerts at Red Rocks and party all summer. Women always want to control every aspect of the relationship. If they cant afford you that 3 to 4 hours every Saturday for 12 to 14 weekends , then they arent worth it.

I think it is absolutly comical that a 2-9 team that lost to a D1-AA team would talk any smack to the media at all. I can understand trying to get your team fired up in private , but talking trash to the media where it will get back to the Husker coaches and players is just foolish. I only hope they go out to mid field before the game and stomp on the N. I truly pray that we completely make fools of these clowns at CU this Friday.

Are you accusing me of being a Buff fan? What have I said that would make you think that? I live in Colorado and go to Boulder every so often for concerts and the NU/CU game at Folsom every other year when I can. I'm not going to lie and say that all the girls in Boulder are nasty because that just isnt true. The only reason I have been active on here so much for the last couple of days is because I broke my hand last Thursday at work and therefore am home for the next few weeks. I have been a Husker fan my entire life. My grandfather was a 1934 graduate from the U and I have seen too many Husker games in Lincoln and away to count. My entire family besides a few live in Nebraska. I have family in Lincoln , Wahoo , Mead , Yutan and Waverly. If it wasnt for my business and my love of the recreational opportunities that the mountains provide me , I would be living in Lincoln. That was an unnessisary accusation that I totally resent. Hmm....wow....pretty defensive for not even making an insinuation about you in particular. Strange. Even if you are it has no bearing on my life one way or the other. Post away... I read all the other posts in this thread and couldnt see anyone else you would have directed it towards. You also said it shortly after I said that not all girls in Boulder are hairy hippie chicks. Every college town , whether it be Boulder , Lawrence , Eugene , South Bend or Lincoln all have hotties in them. Accusing a lifelong Husker fan of being a Buff fan is pretty much the worst thing you could call me.
