It's quite the fall. Think back; he was the savior of the program. He intimated so. Most if not all fans said so. The media intimated "about time they got him." Etc.
He turned out to be a far cry from those sentiments. He panned out as a clueless poser in over his head in this league. Plain and simple.
I confess to being (mostly) all in on Scott Frost for the first half of 9 games this season (plus the wins). Wanting him to show that he can finish. But.. he can't, at least not here in this role.
Good O and good clock management and we've got this............. every Husker fan has said for most of the season. Damn it.
Well.. look at the bright side...........................................
Well, if we somehow tank this game I can see SF saying, "Well, we couldn't play our best quarterback today..." even though our best quarterback has won only 3 games this whole season.
