  1. ) How long have you been a member of Husker Nation? Since I was born. 29 years. 2) What/who led you to The Nation? My grandpa had season tickets so I grew up going to games even though I was born and raised in IL. I still live in IL, but am crazy enough for the team now that I have season tickets and put a lot of mileage on my car in the fall. I remember one year in the 1980s were dad bought season tickets to Illinois to make sure we would see Nebraska play! 3) Where are you from originally? Peoria, IL 4) Where do you live now? East Peoria, IL 5) Favorite Husker memory? Got a couple, Fiesta bowl of course as I was there in person and also the Baylor game last season as my cousin had his first catch in a game and it was a touchdown! 6) Worst Husker memory? Rose bowl for the National title, we just didn't come to play. 7) Number of home games attended? Not sure, but now I make it to about 50-80% of them. 8) Number of away games attended? I attend one new venue a year away from Lincoln. Been to Colorado, Notre Dame, Iowa State, Illinois, Baylor. This year will be College Station. 9) Favorite Husker memorabilia/apparel? Picture of the Notre Dame stadium decked out in Red. 10) Favorite place to watch a Husker game? (section in Memorial, bar, friends house etc.) Love 2 of my season tickets. Also if I am not there, a small contingent gathers at Kouri's bar in Peoria. 11) Favorite all time player? Grant Winstrom 12) WCO or Option? Always be an option man, but having my cousin get recruited to block as a receiver and now getting balls thrown his way is winning me over. 13) Stevie Pederson or Billy Byrne? Pederson 14) Lil Red or Herbie Husker? Lil Red 15) Favorite Husker play? Triple Option 16) Favorite game-day beverage? Dad drinks tomatoe beer, but Coors light for me. 17) How did you find HuskerBoard? (referral source) Internet search.
  2. I have season tickets and will be at most of them. Also making the trip to LA and to College Station.
  3. I think history (however brief it is) shows that it takes a while for a receiver to understand this complex offense. I believe purify will make a difference by seasons end, but not really hit the ground running until conference play. That being said, I like what we have with Nunn and Swift and really believe Peterson is going to step up this year as well. He is another size guy that has had a year in the offense and his smarts and his athletic ability will get him on the field at several of the different WR positions.
  4. Okay all, help a guy out here who has to work today. I am a season ticket holder but live in IL. I bought the game this morning cause I love it and it is the only game I still play. I am stuck at work though so won't be able to play it. Can someone look up and see if number 17 Todd Peterson made it to the dephth chart? Thanks....
  5. I would have to say the run from Ross as number 1 vs Iowa State. After that I have to say one of the most underated plays of the year was Todd Petersons catch at Baylor. Since it was at Baylor and not on national TV it didn't get as much air time as it could have. I was down at the game and in the second row of the end zone it happend in. Just amazing. I also liked Nunn's touchdown catch getting the 2 feet in bounce. One you could add to the list too was Todd Peterson's 2nd touchdown (and second catch) of his career at Missouri. Great hands to look it in from 30+ yards out.....
  6. The catch Todd Peterson made at the back of the end zone at Baylor this past fall was pretty amazing. To get the ball, get his foot down, and hold on (all on his first college catch ever I might add) was pretty great. I was there to see it and have seen a few replays since.....
  7. What program do I need to run this in??
