  1. Yeah, there will be big time recruits there looking at both teams in L.A., mainly USC. This could be huge for the Huskers if they win because a lot of recruits could suddenly put the Huskers on their list. This and the Texas game could open some eyes of the big time recruits.
  2. I think Taylor, Nunn, Swift, Lucky, Glenn, and a couple of lineman will be on the offense poster. The poster to keep though is the defense poster. There could be some All-Americans on this one with Carriker, McKeon, Octavien, and the underrated Moore. I can't wait to get them at Fan Day and get them signed.
  3. Yeah, but you've got to remember the Notre Dame game in 2000. Husker fans almost outnumbered the Golden Domers with 35,000+. That was in South Bend, Indiana. This game will be in L.A. There are so many things to do on any night, let alone Saturday night in L.A. With the expectations Husker fans have for the upcoming season, they will be paying big time cash for tickets and casual Trojan fans will hand them over. You could be right, but personally I think there will be a lot of Husker fans in the city, thus more in the stadium.
  4. I think the USC game will be the most exciting game of the season for the Big Red. Big Red fans will outnumber the Trojan fans, and make for a great atmosphere. A close game, with Taylor and the Blackshirts shining will thrust the Huskers into the national spotlight. A great game all around will end in a 27-21 win. I'm also looking at the Texas game in Lincoln. Potentially the biggest crowd ever at Memorial Stadium with the expansion will be a defensive slugfest. The young QB(s) of Texas will struggle, and Carriker will get numerous sacks in a 17-13 final. These are the games that I think will be the best of '06. Thoughts...Predictions?
  5. Hopefully Jackson and his number 5 show up on the field this year. He has so much speed and talent, and hopefully it will be used. I think he is going to have a slim chance with so much talent at running back and receiver. Maybe he will overtake someone though.
  6. This game shouldn't be close for the Huskers, even if it is at Oklahoma State. Carriker, McKeon, Octavien, Moore, and the rest of the Blackshirts will dominate this team that's getting more talented. 38-0 'Skers.
  7. I think once Taylor outplays Booty or Sanchez for the Trojans, people will begin to notice Taylor as a legit QB. He will have a good season in my poinion. 3500+ yrds, 25-30 TDs, % in the 60s. That should put him somewhere in the Top 10, if not Top 5. Booty being rated that high is all on potential.
  8. Niles goes to my school, and has been in my classes before. He's not only a great player, but a great person. He's the classic Husker, who gets good grades, a funny kid, and of course a great athlete. Check him out with the Vikings this season, along with Iowa State recruit Phil Bates.
