I have Tom Osborne's 250th Victory poster framed on my wall. Will we see something like that for Cally? I don't think so.

I first saw this on a billboard coming home from school, and I couldn't stop laughing. The picture quality sucks, but I didn't take it...

Even though it's not a direct comparison, Cally is not Osborne. I don't think Cally could be Tom if he wanted to (although he's trying).

Introducing the 2006 Graduates from the University of Colorado...

Are you going to be like Harvey Perlman and tell me that I should be more interested in other things besides football at my university?!? Well, we haven't had season tickets in our family for over 70 years to just be casual fans! This is important Shiite. What is important is this weeks game, then next weeks and then the week after that. USC is now in the past. Let's focus on the current games. It seems the world ended last Saturday... I'm a noob, so I have to ask is everyone always this cynical? There's another Saturday. We lost 1 game... if we loose another then I'd be worried. So I'm looking forward to Saturday's victory over Troy, then maybe things would be a little less hostile and more pleasant here.

Yesterday I watched Two-Minute Warning on TV, and even in 1976 the Coliseum looked dumpy.

I've been thinking about it all day today, and although Cally played it very conservative, we still played a good game. USC could have easily racked up the points, but they didn't... But what's done is done. There's another Saturday and Troy is the new focus. Although upsetting, this isn't the end of the world.

Thanks everybody! Being a Husker north of the border has it's pros and cons... Pros... Standing out, and spreading the Husker Nation Cons... -Can't find anything (unless online, and shipping/duty can be outragous. Best Of Big Red is the so far the best for shipping up here) -Alot of people have never heard of the Huskers (and someone asked me who where the "Hiskers"? :asshat ) -Only a handfull of games are on tv here, so I listen online at huskers.com
