This is bad. I don't like this offense at all

I am not going to defend teh D because believe me I am not happy, but they have kept them from scoring td's, besides the first drive. The offense needs to sustain drives to put the defense in better positions

I think the nfl will have to adapt the qb play in the nfl is so poor anyway. I did notice the jets mixing in some option pass stuff with Brad Smith. I also am noticing qb's like Garrard becoming more valuable because he occasionally makes plays with his legs. Coaching will evolve. Personally I do not care I want NU to be the best college program period. Not a prep school for the nfl.

I can not tell you how much I was sick of hearing how the old coaching staff got all these recruits that were awesome. Look where that got NU. I see recruits coming to NU now to fit a system and an attitude not just be offered a scholarship just because they have 5 stars after their name.

I thought the whole thing was broke when I watched the Oklahoma st game. Seeing that performance at our homecoming was hard to stomach.

I know next year will be tough but I do not see a radical change coming. These players can be adapted to different systems with a new coach. I do not think the coach needs to try and pass with a running team or vice versa. I think the new coach can do either and be successful.
