We need some major changes on Defense before we will see a chance at a National Championship again! Just my opinion and I have never coached except baseball and swimming.

Yes there are "yes men" on this board. Ones who never question anything they are good company men!!! Is it not obvious that there is a pattern that has developed coming out of the locker room after half? Even Callahan said as he ran off the field at half time "we have to play the second half yet" . It was like he knew what was going to happen! Yeah I am still mad about Pederson and what he did when he arrieved here. The best defensive College Coach in the nation left us when he came. I have always believed you need a coach with passion on defense. I dont see that from COZ. I am happy as hell they won but I refuse to be a Company man here as many are!!!!

I am glad we won but we need someone who can hit on defense and yes I do believe it is a coaching issue when we fail to adjust both on offense and defense. We also look out of shape! We used to own the 3rd and 4th quarters now we are lucky to complete them.

Congratulations to Taylor and the offensive unit. Purify is the real deal and Taylor when he is on is great. But we need help with coachingand making adjustments at half time. As for Callahan thats his wahy of not yelling when he does that yawn deal. I also want to be the first to voice major concern about what Kansas State may be come over the next 3 years. I have never seen one of our defensive players hit the way KS or Texas Defensive player hit! We need real help on defensive side of the ball and there is one safety that needs to sit down for the rest of the year! GBR lets hope we dont get ambushed by the Buffaloes and we play Oklahoma in KC!!!!

What a collapse, I have never seen Husker teams play like this!

In every second half this year we have been out coached and out played. I am sick of it and something has to change.

We need a damn coach on offense and defense

He will never do anything after NE if he cant make kicks beyound 42 yards and get it to the end zone. His leg stregth is horrible but his accuracy inside 40 is good!

Alvarez if the Athletic Dirctor at WI a coordinator job would be a step back!!!!!

No we don't need them to score! We have shown the ability to score doing many different things but it sure does keep the other team off balance or at least it should.

I liked the changes in th O line and getting the freshman in the D backfield. We need more of this as we need to get ready for next year. But whats up with the way we play after getting a lead? In my opinion we need to go full bore with a lead and just not let up! It was eveident again against MO at least in my opinion! We are much father away from a National Championship then some would like to believe! In my opinion Callahan will be goine when we get the next one! I hope not but that would be an educated guess. new QB next year who has never played in the system (if he makes it to playing time and is not drunk). Keller is like a certain QB of the 70's who tahnkfully is now sober! Keller is a concern from what I hear I hope he has put past behind him but not sure thats the case.

Yah know I guess I have been spoiled over the years when we actually had kickers who could both kick field goals and kick a kick off into the end zone. Have we become so specialized that we need someone to tee it up for Congdon too? Oh yeah he is a California kid. He still needs work some day we will need a 42-45 yard feild goal to win a game! I think Cosgrove is gone at the end of the year! Not because Callahan fires him but because he can't stand the pressure. He will jump to the pros at the line backer position and get out before he is fired!
