  1. Hes always been this good hes just never had the play around him to allow him to shine.
  2. No doubt about that. All started last night with South Florida knocking off West Virginia and the domino's are falling fast and hard. Yea baby go bulls!
  3. good score but its sad that we have to result to that against ISU.
  4. INT then moved the ball and got stopped near the goal line and had to kick
  5. Dont listen to any of those people. Im a huge husker fan. Lived in Nebraska for 8 years. My father got his PHD at UNL. I wasnt able to attend UNL because my family now lives in Florida, so I now I attend USF (last night was AMAZING btw) but Im still a HUGE husker fan. All you gotta do is be a husker at heart to be a true Husker fan.
  6. If the offense was sucking, I might agree with you. However the offense is playing with both passion and pride, if you ask me. And that's the side Callahan is most heavily involved with. The way you people talk youd think we had two co-coaches Callahan and Cosgrove its not like that. BC is the HEAD COACH. The defense sucks its BCs fault, the special teams sucks its BCs fault, the offense sucks its BCs fault. Anything that is wrong with the team is ultimately his responsibility.
  7. He wouldn't see that field as USF they have a nasty D over there.
  8. LOL I love the fact that we get some of our info from places like facebook. Gotta love the internet.
  9. I think that is a horrible idea. McCarney walked into a position that already had talent there. The guy has no fire, I went to ISU and he was a joke. He is an aw shucks, go get em tiger guy, and he plays not to lose. It wont be long and you will see USF defense go down hill, only a matter of time. He did a pretty good job at ISU. And even if he walked into a situation with talent how would him being the line coach end up with less talent? Levits recruiting and eye for under appreciated talent is what puts talent there.
  10. If he would be willing we could try to bring in Dan McCarney former ISU head Coach and current USF D-line coach. McCarney already has a sophomore leading the nation in sacks and tackles for a loss.
  11. Im gonna be a little optimistic at this point and and say ISU only scores 17 hopefully our D turns it around and plays decently(17 to ISU is not very good just decent)
  12. Cally wasnt happy bout those comments either, apparently Steve realized that he messed up. http://www.journalstar.com/articles/2007/0...c5177327885.txt
  13. How bout "Im proud of our guys today for coming out with the win, but we should have never been in the position we were in. We played poorly. I'm really disappointed in the way we played. I take the blame for that but, we gotta learn from this and move on. We have lots to work on but Im sure the guys can handle it, and youll see the improvements next week." Classy but also not sugarcoated crap.
  14. The man seems to lack emotion unless its cursing at OU fans. He didnt seem upset or displeased with the teams performance yesterday. "It's a step forward because it's a win," Callahan said. "These wins are hard to come by in this day and age because of the way people are playing football. We see that across the country. You would always want things to go a little bit better, and it didn't, so you have to deal with that for the duration of the game. Our ability to stay in the game, to keep rallying, was outstanding." WTF?
  15. Well there ya have it. You kno USC plays ones v ones too. Now I wonder how thats going for them?
  16. it would have made me laugh had it not been for for the USC players warming up in the background
  17. just watched that first video and he didnt have a single completion.
  18. well with the game being a blow out by then i cant say i would have reacted any differently than he did.
  19. amen to that...thatll get me fired up more than Bo Ruud sky diving
