Has anyone been to a Husker 202 before? I got my husband (and myself!) an anniversary gift...to Husker 202. I can't wait! Just wondering if anyone can tell me what the day was like. I am SO counting down the days on this one!

First of all, to the Sooner fans on here....why are you on here??? If you come to this board and say something to the effect of "Zac is overrated" you can't expect us Husker fans to smile and say thank you for saying that........not happening. And, to be fair, if there are Husker fans coming to your strictly Sooner Board, doing the same thing, tell them exactly what I just said. Now, leave it alone. Next, Husker fans, remember that hit CU put on Zac last weekend, and how he got up, shrugged it off, while his mouth was bleeding. A malicious hit, and I mean that hit was NFL type. He still came back in the second half, and had a great game against CU. He is a good kid, alot of talent, and had a bad night last night, and so did a few others on our team...period. The loss hurt, alot, and all of us Husker fans feel it today. We really wanted it. But, we have the Cotton Bowl at least, and that is a very good bowl, and one, most of us thought we may not get for a few more years. So, I say we enjoy it, look forward to the next year, get some good players in a few areas where they are needed pretty badly, and move on. We will see OU again in the Big XII, there is NO doubt about it. I am from Nebraska, proud of it, and proud of our team. GO BIG RED!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I am here in Lincoln, just 10 minutes from our beautiful Stadium. We will be watching it at home on the big screen GO BIG RED!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

My thoughts exactly on Corso, and every other Husker fans. Can't wait til it is time for kickoff! I read last night it was only suppose to be around 16 at that time! No matter, our boys are fired up, and the crowd is psyched!! They will all be just fine! GO BIG RED!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I was at the Texas game, and thankfully, had a good crowd around me. Even the older people were up and cheering! We were shaking like crazy, chattering teeth, but, hey, that's ok, even that made some extra noise! lol Cold weather equals good for the Huskers too!!!! GO BIG RED!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
