  1. Looked like he wasn't able to move his left arm. Right arm with the ball, seemed ok. I hope he's ok - and it is just a severe stinger.
  2. Beck must have HB pulled up to help with his play calling...it's working.
  3. Fresno St was all red, so Huskers wearing red and white would have been harder to distinguish the teams compared to Husker's all whites. As I stated in my post above, going to the all whites tonight is about branding this game, showing the decotomy between their all black uniforms and our all white ones. That's what I was getting at...Cool beans. My bad. It sounded like you were saying it was to make it easier to see the two teams, where I was saying it is about branding, "light vs dark". No worries at all- my fault for not expressing it clearly.

  5. I'd say the all white has something to do with Northwestern wearing all black and playing in the dark. I know they said the reason for wearing all white for Fresno State was due to the color contrast of their all red. All white tonight probably makes it easier to see the players.
  6. That is fricken awesome. I was worried when I heard LSU lost their RB commitment. Wonder when he gets sick of the question and tells us all to f*#k off. Agreed, I'm tired of people questioning this kid every week. It is absolutely exhausting. How about we just let it play out and not freak when a school offers, jumping to the worse conclusion that he is leaving us. Kendall has a good head on his shoulders, his dad seems to really like the program, and I am not concerned at all. It is almost like the naysayers are looking for him to leave, just to say I told you so. For those of you who say you don't believe that kids read, or read too much, into the message boards - go back a few pages on this to the page that has the interview link with Kendall where he mentions seeing/hearing some fans questioning his commitment, that should be all the evidence you need.
  7. While the winters may be a bit warmer. The playing months are comparable to Nebraska Mississippi is about 8% more obese than Nebraska so I suppose their women can keep you warmer at night. Starkville and Oxford are quite literally in the middle of the state. Not a lot of gulf coast beach area there. Every college parties. High corn? Definitely a closer recruiting footprint. Jury is still out on "great" HC Only a matter of time Hate to say it, but a 10 at Nebraska would probably be a 5-6 at Ole Miss. I'd also take The Grove over the Res or Bottoms any day.
  8. As a few have stated on here already, the fact we have a thread dedicated on our ways to get to Indy without winning out should be all you need to know it isn't the 90's anymore.
  9. search eBay for "Todd Gurley Autographs" and just see how much comes up. You can bet your last dime he was using a broker for that stuff, no way it was all signed out of goodwill. The guy is an idiot.
  10. I've seen several reports over the last month or so that are skeptical of him actually ending up an Nebraska. No particular reason is ever given. It would seem that his injury has healed as he is playing. But it sounds like we're not in contact with him as much as you might expect. My best guess is that since he hasn't been playing football for that long and then he lost last year to injury and now isn't playing varsity that we are worried about how much he is developing as a QB. He's supposedly a great athlete that was learning to play QB but his chances to learn have been cut back significantly. Perhaps we're worried about that much risk in a class this small. And we might not want to take two QBs again with how many we currently have and how young they all are. Just speculation. That's a shame.... and a waste of a jacket and money. https://twitter.com/kevindillman10/status/520013755954888704
  11. You're right. It has nothing to do with our o-line getting destroyed. It has everything to do with the D-line possibly clapping to interfere with Nebraska's snapcount which is what this is all about. It's not petty at all. It's cheating if it happened. Michigan State has used a clap system to adjust their defensive in games prior to Nebraska. This is evident from watching game film and it is the job of the Nebraska coaches to watch the film and think, "hey this might be something that would make us change our pre-snap process". At this point, it would be better for Bo to just move on and get us prepared for Northwestern.
  12. Their clapping had nothing to do with our o-line getting bull rushed and completely destroyed. This seems petty.
