Keller will be an upgrade...better size and arm strength O-line....what can you say....Murtha, Slauson, and Co........I like this group..they are goin to be great Recievers.....Purify leads a group that will be deep and loaded with speed and good size RB's......with Jackson/Lucky we are stacked...good recruits comin in as well D-line.....Barfield, Suh, Townsend Steinkuhler and Turner easily gives us the best in Big12 North...nasty LB's......with Asante,Octavien, McKeon....look out...speed speed....Asante can play Small LB Safety deep group Secondary......Asante, Murillo Bowman Grixby...and on and on.....speed and depth...... I look at this team and I see the major upgrades everywhere from 3 years ago...this looks like the kind of talent we had with Osborne....the D-line will be fine and the Juco players coming in look to be instant help Huskers will have no trouble getting back to the Big12 title game with this group....... if we can get off early with wins over Nevada and Wake we can go into the SC game looking for that BIG WIN I can't wait

Dave....I respect Zack, but he never really put it together....teams were able to shut him down and he could never beat them with his arm........oppossing teams come out and NU takes advantage of their zone or their safetys play off the ball, but by the end of the 2nd quater they know we want to pound away and they load the box and we are done....been like this all year...we go into the freezer in the 2nd half because Taylor is so predictable Kinda see were your coming from. He got really close to the threshold of greatness. Maybe teetered on it. But these last two games really bring him back. Still a great player and without him, NU may be in for losing seasons these last three. I totally agree....Taylor Got us to two bowl games and the Big12 Title game.........I respect him and I wish him well But this is Nebraska...and we should not have lost today, we are getting better and Next year we will have two Legit big time QB's....I would rather see Lee because I think the dual threat stresses defenses and it is easier to keep drives goin.....But if Keller can throw like I'm hearing he can....then we will be alright

Care to take a trip thru the past I am glad we are moving past all the Solich era stuff and Taylor moving on only means tha Keller or Lee will inherit what I think is a top ten team The D-line will be smaller but faster and the secondary will be scary good I have no doubt as to our talent...we were better than 4 teams Handle the loss with class and just think of the recruiting class we got coming in Huskers are loaded....fianlly we have restocked the program We are the Best team in the North and probable the best in the Big12 I can't wait for spring ball

Zack Taylor helped Nebraska get back to being respectable He helped us bridge the talent gap at QB when Solich was fired and he should always be remembered as a Husker. I am ready for more consistant play at QB, we need a QB qho can create more matchups for opposing defenses Taylor never really beat a good team and that has brought us to where we are today....A team with great talent that can't get anything done offensivly agin good defenses Callahan has made more boneheaded moves since he has been at NU than solich ever did, but he can recruit and that means he stays and we just hope for the best when he and his staff take the field. Bottom Line: if NU had a better qb we would have won the Big12 title, beaten Texas and won the Feista Bowl....also finish in the top 10 Top ten is where we will be with Lee or Keller. I can't believe that it has taken the coaches and the Writers this long to recognize the talent on this Husker team....In my mind...Slauson is the best player on the Husker offense and I don't think he got a sniff for all big 12....Bo Ruud has been in every big game that the Huskers played this year... Here is my all big 12 huskers Bjax Slauson Ruud Carriker Moore lLucky Taylor Purify......He is easily the best WR in the league...wait till the draft next year...sweed who? There are others that I could mention on the O-line and D-line....but to me there is NOBODY in the league better than these guys...you will se it on saturday Bo Ruud is a stud and I know that he will be putting his hat on some poor OU Gooner saturday......Go Big Red

I don't want to get in the way of fun for the lids....but , I'm tired of seeing adults wearing those things....I also am a huge fan of the Cornhusker name but I like the updated Huskers logo as well If you are over 10 years old...or if you are not in a bikini with a great body......leave the cornhats at home it's like seeing grown men show up at Busch Stadium with a ball glove.....it's for kids....stop the insanity.....it make you look bad....and I know you are trying to have fun...but I think it hurts the image of Husker fans everywhere....please stop with the cornhead hats before it's too late...... Well....I could not disagree with you more................ The Husker O-line is a better Unit than OU(when Healthy) Patrick is a good back...but for my money....Lucky or Jackson are better the OU Defense is very...very good....but when they have played a team with good balance and depth the Gooners have lost....I know they should have won the Oregon game...but they did get beat By Texas lets not forget the aTm game either....if we had played 4 quarters we were on the way to woodshed beating time for the aggies.......something OU never had the chance to do.... If anyone can point to the BIG WIN on there schedule that makes them better please point it out This game is about as even as it get or a ever so slight edge to the Huskers because of Taylor and Purify...Lucky and our O-line......simply put.......If the Huskers play a solid 4 quarters(all 4) and they don't have to be great....OU can't win.......last week agin CU was the first time we actually put up points in the 2nd half......4 quarters and we can't lose.........

I was very impressed with the second half ....we have been putrid all year in the 3rd quarter and I was stoked to see us get 20 points in the 2nd half......all play are trick plays by the way......so who cares how we do it

To me this game comes down to matchups...and Injuries With a healthy Octavien and Mckeoan the Huskers look to win their 49 Conference Title and move into a matchup with Boise State....I have seen OU all year and they lack the puch on offense to scare the blackshirts with a balanced attack....AP will still be gimpy if he even plays that makes this one fairly even and the scales then tip to the Huskers , who are bringing in the better QB....you know?????? if the Huskers hang onto the ball instead of putting it on the ground agin Texas....we would be favored in this game....just think about that. Taylor is the difference in this one and I like us to put a cheap one up on the board to make it look easier than it really was NU 27 OU 17 The matchup favor the Huskers
