  1. Was supposed to visit Washington on the 27th, but looks like we bumped them off the schedule. Will visit Arizona this weekend
  2. There are also rumors of Gunner Kiel de-committing from LSU and going to ND. If that's the case, ND might not be in play for Fuller...at least not as a QB.
  3. Doesn't know if he will even visit Tennessee. Will decide if he will visit later today.
  4. Stated he might commit sometime this week, maybe Wednesday. Not sure if Tennessee is a much a threat as people may think. Should be between OSU and NU.
  5. After the decommitment of defensive tackle Visesio Salt, Florida may be pushing to make an impression on the Valentine to help anchor the nose guard spot in the 3-4 going forward.
  6. His throwing motion is nothing like Martinez's.... When Martinez is at his release point his chest/thigh pads/everything is facing his target.... I like Taylor, but his throwing mechanics are as bad as I've ever seen... The worst thing I saw Armstrong do is throw off his back foot a couple times when he was about to get hit, and his pocket presence is already better then Taylor.... I would also argue that Beck helped Taylor make a decent amount of improvent this year.... Beck is gonna be a good OC.... I agree. You recruit motion...you can teach footwork.
  7. Yeah so did Curtis Carter, and we all know how that turned out. He didn't make it to TCU, did he? Where is he at now? Couldn't tell you where he is, but sure wish we had him. He's a sophomore TB/WR at TCU right now.
  8. He's definitely a great kid and would fit very well at Lincoln, not just football. I really like his fluidity as a runner and lateral quickness (imperative in the option), plus his throwing motion adequate. I really, really want this kid on our squad. Do you have a link or is it premium content? Here is the link...Interview. I'm not sure if its premium or not...I'm a subscriber. http://rivals.yahoo.com/video/recruiting-football/Fuller-still-looking-for-right-fit-1101411?NICK_NAME=Houn78&LEVEL=2&TIME=1325554278&SIG=f220ff23f7b19632ad9ca62be7405cf0
  9. Just watched a video interview with him at the Army AA Game check-in. He seemed like a really nice and down-to-earth kid and I just don't know where all the Notre Dame hype comes from. He stated that he has an official visit to Rutgers on the 20th and possibly one to UCLA on the 13th of January. He is deciding between Arizona and ND for his last official. He seemed to be taking everything in stride and doesn't seem like a ND lean at all. Hopefully he chooses to come to Nebraska...he's be a great fit in our offense, but good luck to him where ever he ends up.
  10. Officially down to Tennessee, USCe, and Vanderbilt. NU and Mich State are out.
  11. Told Rivals - "My mom wants me to go to Nebraska." I like it when the Mother is on our side. Haha.
  12. no I mean Michael Richardson. Hopefully his visit went well this weekend. Did he visit this weekend?
  13. Just switched his commitment to Oregon State.
  14. When is he visiting? December 19th through January 3rd is a 'Dead Period'. The remaining 'Contact Periods' are January 4th-7th and January 13th - 28th. I believe that he is not allowed on campus during a Dead Period. Rivals lists 12/30... I saw that...that is why I posted the 'dead period' info. I was confused and was hoping someone had a little clarification for all of us.

  16. I guess I could settle for a them taking Johnson if we get a little Seisay out of the deal... Agreed.
  17. i hope the choice is obvious to him....... Recently said that we are off his list due to lack of contact from our coaches. I guess we saw/found something we didn't like during his official. He will visit West Virginia on Jan. 13. His only other official visit.
  18. What??? I thought Raymond was a terrible coach to have on our staff. Let's see him close on these reruits. And let's see how the secondary performs next season. I need to see the development of our young stud recruits. The ones that we were drooling over the last few years. The play of our nickel and dimes backs this past year and the fact that so many "athletes" were left on the bench while physically overmatched players were on the field makes me slightly concerned.
  19. Was seen watching Friday's practice on his official. I hope he liked what he saw.
  20. Officially down to four: NU, Florida State, Stanford and USC.
