Last wednesday started the Kool-aid thread and guess what the players drank some and almost came out with an upset! Lets get it going this week. WE WILL NOT LOSE TO THE CYCLOWNS!!

eh Turnovers can be game changers no doubt, but I am sure Pelini is more concerned about getting the defense right! Getting them in the right position to make them plays, the way our secondary has been playing the have to be within 2 yards for once to at least make an attempt for the pick. Once the guys figure out that you have to takle on defense, hopefully they will start trying to go for the ball. I would rather have more 3 and outs than turnovers at this point.

You get called for holding, when you clearly get beat off the line and in desperation try to make something happen. Plain and simple the O-line is not taken care of their responsiblities, and what happens? Holding and stupid off sides penalties!

Amen to the penalties comment, the two in a row on Smith killed points at the end of the half. And I'll be in Lames, IA as well, rockin the Husker gear in the ISU student section...hopefully I come out alive. Good luck with that! They won't be bad, but if ISU gets ahead i would recommend moving to the grass seats them farm kids can get ruthless

What killed us is the 4th down play, where Crabtree was left wide open for huge play!! I wonder if Murrillo was in awe of Crabtree when he ran right past him. "Look there goes Crabtree! Wow he is fast" We hold them on that 4th down and we chew up a lot of the clock. Nuff said

Team played well today, tough loss, but is anybody ready to believe that this team is here to fight to the end of the season? We did not lose 70-10 like a lot of previous threads were predicting this week. No reason for anybody to have any regrets about today, yeah should have ran in OT and blah blah blah, but things happened. Great game boys! Looking forward to better things to come. BEAT ISU

Kick off is 2 hour away, I am hoping for a strong effort from the Huskers. Win or Lose this is STILL my team. Every Saturday i will cheer the guys in Red regardless of who they play and what their record is, and I will go in with them thinking they will win every game, if they lose, they lose. I will wait for the next week when they get another chance. THIS IS STILL NEBRASKA and I will not get down about them. GO BIG RED
