Ohio State's longest scoring drive in that championship game was like 35 yards. They got two touchdowns in overtime. Had a fumble from Dorsey at about the 30 and an interception at the 35. That Ohio State team is more of an example of why you play the game rather than look at the teams on paper. However, the Huskers would of killed that OSU team.
I actually think that Baylor is improving. Now that doesn't mean that I think they would win the North or compete for the title, but I think that overall as a team they are getting better and will start competeting a lot harder than before.
I know that Keller has not played a down for Nebraska, but if he has won the respect of his teammates and is seen as a hard worker and a leader in his teammates eyes, then he deserves to be a captain.
I think this is just about right. I would of put money on two games. But one game is fair in my eyes. He has a ton on stuff to do for the court and a one game suspension from the team seems to be enough in my eyes.
Hey, don't worry about it too much. I sure you didn't mean for it to happen, but sometimes it does and there is nothing that we can do about. Just look back at all the fun you had and say "Yeah, I hit that."
Are those two every going to be on the field together to witness Temple running around Lucky? And if they were to be on the field together, why would Temple run in a circle around Marlon? I guess I never will understand Missouri players and their inbred fans.
Even if you do some how beat us this year, you will still piss away the north like you always do as you will lose to both KSU and KU to end the season. However, I am not really worried, I think we will take care of business in Columbia.
Looks like he has good speed but might be a little light to make an impact at NU, unless he has four years to play three or something like that to give him time to put the weight on.
Alright, I can understand that aspect of it, but someone posted earlier that even if he DOES make it, he will be a grayshirt anyways. Which made no sense to me.
I think the first thing that the "hopeful" new owners of the team needs to do is find out if it would have the following to support the team. I don't think there will be any problem with that as long as they are winning. I would think that we would have a much larger following than Iowa and Purdue would.
What is the purpose of giving Washington a grayshirt. We have the room for him this year, and there is not much of a benefit to withholding a scholarship from him for a year.
I think an improved offensive line will help increase the production out of the tight ends. They won't have to stay in and block so much plus with increase time in the pocket for the quarterbacks, will allow the quarterbacks to make more reads including the tight end.
